This website, vegasrips.com, is operated by Vegasrips LLC ("Vegas Rips," "we," "us"). We built this site to be privacy-respecting by default. This policy explains, plainly, what is and isn't collected.

The short version

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, analytics scripts, social media pixels, or third-party content delivery networks on this site. The fonts are self-hosted. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, and there is no targeted advertising.

Information processed automatically

This is a static informational site. We do not run any tracking code in your browser. However, like virtually all websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical data — including IP address, browser/device type, and pages requested — to serve the site, protect it from abuse and attacks, and produce aggregate, non-identifying traffic statistics. This data is handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy practices and is not used by us to identify or profile individual visitors.

If you email us

If you contact us at sales@vegasrips.com (for example, to sell cards), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond to you and to carry out any resulting transaction. From time to time we may also email you directly about buying cards — for example, when we're paying higher rates and looking to stock up. We don't run automated marketing campaigns or newsletters, and we never sell or share your information. You can opt out of these emails at any time by replying and asking us to stop, and we'll honor that promptly.

Links to other platforms

Our breaks and sales happen on third-party platforms we link to, such as Whatnot and Instagram, and payments may be handled through services like PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. When you leave this site for any of those platforms, their own privacy policies and terms govern your activity there. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, their data practices.

Your choices and rights

Because we don't build visitor profiles, there is little personal data for us to act on. If you have emailed us and would like us to delete the message and your contact details, or if you have any privacy question, email sales@vegasrips.com and we'll honor reasonable requests. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we will work with you in good faith to meet them.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
