These terms govern your use of vegasrips.com (the "Site"), operated by Vegasrips LLC ("Vegas Rips," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What we do

Vegas Rips runs live football card repack breaks and buys football cards. This Site is informational only — it describes our breaks and how to reach us. Actual breaks, bidding, randomizer spots, and purchases take place on third-party platforms such as Whatnot, and are subject to those platforms' own terms and policies in addition to these.

Breaks are games of chance

Card breaks are chance-based. The team a randomizer assigns to a spot, and whether a card matching your spot comes out of a given repack, are determined by chance and are not within our control. Participate only with money you can afford to spend, and only where it is legal for you to do so. Nothing on this Site is financial, investment, or legal advice.

Buying and selling cards

Any stated buying ranges or interests (for example, the $100–$800 range) are general guidance, not a binding offer to buy. Pricing is agreed between you and us based on the cards and details you provide, and any purchase is subject to that mutual agreement. We may decline any purchase or sale at our discretion.

Payments

Payments are processed through third-party services such as Whatnot, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo. We are not responsible for those services, their fees, their availability, or their handling of your information; their terms apply to those transactions.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this Site are owned by Vegasrips LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Team names, player names, and card products referenced are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vegasrips LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any break or transaction. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the matter giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
